An age on other planets calculator converts an Earth age or date of birth into the equivalent age on every planet, dwarf planet, and major moon in the solar system. Each celestial body orbits the Sun at its own rate, so one "year" on Jupiter lasts about 11.86 Earth years, while a year on Mercury passes in just 88 Earth days.
An input mode sets whether the starting point is a date of birth or a numeric age with a time unit: years, months, days, or hours. Age type converts that starting figure before the planetary math runs: Human Years uses it directly, while Dog Years and Cat Years first convert it at roughly 7 human years per dog or cat year. A celestial body type filter narrows the results table to planets only, dwarf planets only, moons only, or all bodies at once. The age field accepts fractions such as 3/4, mixed numbers such as 5 1/2 or 1-3/8, and standard decimals.
The results table lists each body with its converted age and the number of complete birthdays, meaning full orbital cycles, already experienced there. Output format controls how that age is expressed: years; years and months; years, months, and days; months and days; months; weeks and days; weeks; days; hours; or seconds, with thousands separators on large numbers for readability.
A 30-year-old on Earth has completed about 2.53 orbits of Jupiter (30 / 11.86, since Jupiter's year runs 11.86 Earth years). The same age converts to roughly 124 Mercury years: 30 Earth years is 10,957.5 Earth days (30 x 365.25), and dividing by Mercury's 88-day year gives about 124.5, matching the much faster pace of Mercury's orbit.
