Documentation

Estimate your potential Google AdSense revenue by entering three key metrics about your website traffic. The calculator applies standard AdSense earning formulas to project your daily, monthly, and yearly income from display advertising. All inputs support flexible numeric formats including fractions, mixed numbers, decimals, and scientific notation.

  • Enter your Daily Page Impressions in the first field. This represents the total number of page views your website receives each day. Find this value in your Google Analytics dashboard under the pageviews metric.
  • Enter your Click-Through Rate (CTR %) as a percentage value. The average AdSense CTR ranges from 1% to 5% depending on your niche and ad placement. Check your AdSense performance reports for your actual CTR.
  • Enter the Cost Per Click ($) value. This is the average amount advertisers pay when a visitor clicks on an ad. CPC varies significantly by niche, with finance and insurance niches typically commanding higher rates.
  • Click the Calculate button or wait for automatic calculation after you stop typing. The tool computes results using the formula: Daily Earnings = Daily Page Impressions x (CTR / 100) x Cost Per Click.
  • Review your projected Daily Earnings, Monthly Earnings, and Yearly Earnings in the results section below the inputs.
  • Open Settings to enable step-by-step formula breakdowns or adjust the number of days used for monthly and yearly projections.
  • Click Reset to clear all values and return to the default settings. Your inputs are automatically saved and restored when you return to the page.
  • Bookmark or share a pre-filled calculation by copying the full page address after entering your values. Recipients see your exact inputs restored automatically when they open the link.

Evaluate advertising revenue potential across a wide range of website monetization scenarios. Whether you are launching a new blog or optimizing an established content platform, projecting AdSense earnings helps you set realistic income targets and make informed decisions about your digital strategy.

  • Bloggers: Estimate monthly income from a personal blog receiving 10,000 daily page views with a 2% CTR and $0.30 CPC to determine whether full-time blogging is financially viable.
  • Website Investors: Evaluate the revenue potential of a website before purchasing it by entering its reported traffic metrics and average CPC for the niche to calculate expected return on investment.
  • Content Strategists: Compare projected earnings across different content niches by adjusting the CPC value. Determine whether targeting high-CPC keywords in finance ($2.00+) justifies the additional content creation effort.
  • SEO Professionals: Project the revenue impact of traffic growth campaigns by calculating earnings at current traffic levels versus target levels after optimization efforts are complete.
  • Digital Marketing Agencies: Prepare client-facing revenue projections for websites considering AdSense monetization. Present daily, monthly, and yearly forecasts based on current analytics data.
  • Side Project Developers: Calculate whether a niche tool or resource site generating 500 daily impressions can cover its hosting costs through AdSense revenue alone.
  • Education: Teach students about online advertising economics by demonstrating how impressions, CTR, and CPC interact to produce ad revenue at different scales.
  • Publishers: Forecast seasonal revenue fluctuations by adjusting daily impression counts to reflect expected traffic changes during peak and off-peak periods throughout the year.
