Word Combiner
v1.1.0Generates the Cartesian product of words drawn from any number of lists, joined by a configurable separator (space, hyphen, underscore, dot, or none). A combination-order setting toggles between fixed list-order joining and full permutations of the per-list picks across all lists, with optional lowercase normalization and duplicate removal applied to the output. Lists accept comma-separated, newline-separated, or mixed entries, and import or export as CSV with one column per list.

Documentation
The word combiner generates every possible combination of words drawn from any number of lists, the Cartesian product of the lists, joined by a chosen separator. It starts with two lists and can grow to as many as a project needs, producing merged phrases for SEO campaigns, PPC ad groups, domain name brainstorming, or content planning.
Each list accepts one entry per line, comma-separated entries, or a mix of the two, and an empty list is skipped when combinations are generated. The separator between words is configurable as a space, hyphen, underscore, dot, or none, with hyphens and no-separator modes suited to domain name ideas. Combination order defaults to joining entries in the order the lists were created; an all-permutations setting instead produces every possible ordering of entries across lists, useful when word order itself matters for keyword research. Lowercase normalization, standard practice for keyword lists and PPC campaigns, and duplicate removal are both optional. Lists and results both import and export as CSV, one column per list.
Two lists, one holding "best" and "cheap," the other holding "shoes" and "boots," combine into four phrases with a space separator: "best shoes," "best boots," "cheap shoes," and "cheap boots." A third list of two location terms would multiply that count again, to eight combinations total.
Keyword combination is a foundational technique across digital marketing, domain registration, content strategy, and product naming. Assembling every permutation by hand is tedious and error-prone, especially as the number of input lists grows; automating the Cartesian product guarantees no combination is missed.
- SEO Keyword Research: Modifier words such as "best," "cheap," and "top" in one list, core topics in a second, and location terms in a third, combine into hundreds of long-tail keyword phrases for blog posts, landing pages, and meta descriptions; a fourth list of service qualifiers adds a deeper layer of segmentation.
- PPC Ad Groups: Brand terms, product categories, and intent modifiers combined across lists produce exhaustive keyword sets for paid search campaigns, complete ad group coverage without manual entry.
- Domain Name Brainstorming: Brand syllables, industry terms, and suffixes combined with a hyphen or no separator surface hundreds of potential domain names to scan for availability.
- E-commerce Product Titles: Brand names, product attributes such as color and size, and product types merged together generate structured product listing titles suitable for online marketplaces.
- Content Calendar Planning: Topic pillars, audience segments, and content formats combined brainstorm article ideas: "beginner," "advanced," and "expert" crossed with "guide," "checklist," and "tutorial" and a list of subjects produces a full content matrix.
- Social Media Hashtags: Trending terms, niche keywords, and campaign-specific tags merged together create complete hashtag sets for posts and campaigns.
- A/B Testing Headlines: Headline openings, value propositions, and calls to action combined under the all-permutations setting generate every ordering, useful for choosing the most compelling options for split testing on landing pages or email subject lines.
